Trash to Treasure: Decorative Painting

Learn how to turn your garage sale finds into works of art for your home! Bring an item to class to embellish with decorative painting techniques such as marbleizing, gold leafing, crackle and more… Taught by local faux finisher Sarah (Harris) Morabito from Sarah Harris Designs, students will learn a variety of decorative painting techniques and take home a unique home accent! Bring a few artist brushes to class the first night and an item to paint. Suggested items are: small table, chair, mirror, lamp base. Remember that you will need to transport your item to and from each class. Two 2 1/2 hour classes.
